2021 Sleepout: The $15,000 goal was exceeded as of 12/3/2021 at $17,119! The 19th Annual Sleepout was held on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 3pm through Saturday, November 27, 2021 until 3pm Friday in the parking lot of the Guthrie Desmond Street Practice (formerly Newberry’s).
The Sleepout is an annual event held over a 24-hour period
starting at 3pm on the Friday after Thanksgiving and ending on Saturday at 3pm. This is the organization’s major fund-raiser aimed at raising funds and awareness for those in need in our community. Church and community business representatives take 1-hour blocks of time during the 24-hours and stay in the cold in a make shift home in the parking lot of the Guthrie Desmond Street Practice (formerly Newberry’s).
